VCI provides Engineering support through a cadre of SME Hypersonics Engineers. We support a variety of weapons programs, including Precision Fires Rocket and Missile Systems (PFRMS), Particle Impact Mitigation Sleeves (PIMS), guided and unguided Hypervelocity Projectiles (HVP), Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System Rocket Pod Containers (GLMRS RPC), and the Advanced Hypersonic Weapon Technology Demonstrator (AHWTD), among others. We also support Ground Systems components, like the GMD Fire Control (GFC), Test Exerciser (TEx), and External Systems Interface (ESI) systems.

VCI provides certified Program/Project Management (PgM/PM) for 100% of our contracts to oversee contract performance and personnel. Our PgMs/PMs use Project Management Body of Knowledge from the Project Management Institute to maximize management of communication, cost, human resources, process integration, procurement, quality, risk, scope, stakeholder interests, and time. We also incorporate the iterative efficiency methods of Lean Six Sigma and Agile to increase management efficiency.

VCI's cradle-to-grave Acquisition and Contract Support includes the preparation, administration, and close out of government contracts.
