VCI is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded by Mr. Virgil Curry Jr. in 2004. Since then we've garnered 20 years contract success as a total vendor solution in engineering, program management, lifecycle acquisition, IT, and executive administrative support.
